Gen AI in the London Market: Progress without the hype
On Thursday 9th July, LMF - London Market Forums brought together our Market Generative AI Working Group at Cognizant’s high tech London headquarters for an important briefing and discussion.
The session explored the findings from interviews conducted by our Group sponsor, Cognizant, with a number of Working Group members.
One thing is clear: firms across the London Specialty Insurance Market are embracing Generative AI at different speeds, in different areas and in very different ways.
When LMF established the Group, our aim was to create a trusted forum where practitioners could learn from domain experts and from each other, while producing insights that would benefit the wider Market.
The forthcoming report, produced by Cognizant in partnership with LMF and members of the Working Group, will provide an accurate snapshot of current thinking, progress and priorities across the EC3 community.
It will explore where the Market is today, the challenges firms are encountering and the likely direction of travel—without unnecessary hype.
